For my purposes, visiting my daughter who lives in south Calgary, the location was excellent. I did not use any of the facilities such as the pool, so can't really comment on that, apart from the fact that they were available. My room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast, in the lobby area of the main building, was good and reasonably priced. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff was so great and very helpful with everything we needed. It’s been a long time since Ive stayed in a hotel where everyone was very attentive and treated us like important guests! The restaurant was amazing! Both the atmosphere and delicious elevated menu. Not the usual boring unhealthy options usually offered. Also our waitress was above and beyond. We also needed to store some freezer items and the staff immediately said “of course we can do that for you!” I will never stay anywhere else when visiting south Calgary.

The hotel was quiet and rooms were nice too. I enjoyed the toiletries provided, found the quality of TV and other room amenities to meet my expectations. Although there is a pool in the hotel, there was not a sight of any chlorine smells which is exactly what I would expect from hotels but often not the case.

Even though my room was on the first floor, near the parking lot, it was very quiet. I was never disturbed by outside noises. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a small problem with the shower head but when I adresser it to the staff, it was taken care of immediately.

Breakfast was great. Service not so but thank you to one young lady who noticed no menus after a long wait then breakfast came asked three girls for a coffee warm up as well as butter for pancakes & never came. Wished I new the young lady paying attention as she then served us well & gave us coupons for a free breakfast

Hotel is in a very convenient area of Calgary close to C-Train stops and multiple grocery stores. The facility is large and clean on the inside, and the rooms were very clean and laid out as advertised.

We were very happy and content with the facilities. Parking was free. The room was a little cool but we were given a heater very quickly and it was nice soon after that. This is the second time we have stayed at this location and we recommend it. It is close for the places we were going and the roads were not too busy. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.
